摘要
压滤机是拜耳法氧化铝厂赤泥干法外排的关键设备之一。由于作业环境的影响,谐波电机驱动的翻板系统故障率极高,几乎无法正常使用。液压翻板系统改造成功的解决了这一问题。介绍了单油缸驱动翻板系统改造,并对四连杆机构同步性进行了分析,得出了该系统翻板不可能时时同步,但可同时启动、同时到位的结论。最后给出了翻板始末两次同步的四连杆机构设计的一个充分条件。
The filter press is one of the key equipments in discharging of dry red mud in Bauxite aluminium plants.Due to the influence of the working environment,the flap system driven by harmonic motor is hardly to normal use for its high failure rate.Through the reform of flap driven by hydraulic system,this problem is successfully solved.The reform of single cylinder driving system is introduced,the synchronicity of four bar mechanism is analyzed,then the conclusion that the flaps could not always synchronous,but can start at the first position synchronously and stop at the end position synchronously is given.Finally,a sufficient condition of two synchronization at the first position and the end position in four bar mechanism design is given.
