摘要
产品创新贯穿于产品的整个生命周期,是企业获得市场竞争优势的关键。计算机技术的快速发展有力地促进了产品创新。文章结合高温闸阀的开发过程,分析了辅助创新系统的组成,提出了辅助创新系统的总体结构。针对高温闸阀采用链传动方式调节热风量的不足,基于TRAZ方法,介绍了高温闸阀的创新过程和总体思路,开发的产品得到成功的应用。
As a key factor for enterprise to win market competitive advantage, product innovation runs through the whole life cycle of the products. The rapid development of computer technology has effectively promoted the product innovation. In this paper the development process of high temperature gate valve is discussed. Structure of computer aided innovation is analyzed and a topology model for it is proposed from the view of high temperature gate valve development. In view of eliminating the weaknesses of chaindrive adjustment for hot gas, the methods and application of gate valve innovation are described with detail illustration.
