摘要
用5-硝基水杨醛与乙二胺缩合,制备了Schiff碱配体.将其与过渡金属Cu(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)在80℃水浴中搅拌回流1 h,分别形成草绿色和朱红色沉淀,合成出了2种新型的Schiff碱配合物.采用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热热重、荧光光谱、摩尔电导率等分析手段,对配合物进行了表征测试.结果表明,该配合物组成、结构确定,热稳定性强,荧光光谱数据证明配体和配合物都具有荧光性质.用蛋氨酸光照法测定了配体和配合物的生物活性,配体生物活性较低,但形成配合物后活性大增,说明配合物对超氧离子自由基有很强的抑制作用.
A new Schiff base ligand was synthesized by condensing 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde with ethylenediamine.Two new type of Schiff base complexes were synthesized by Schiff based ligand and Cu(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ) respectively.Its compositions and structure have been characterized by elemental analyses,thermal analyses,IR spectra and UV spectra,fluorescence spectra and molar conductivity.The result shows that the structure and properties of thermodynamics were stable and the compound possess good fluorescence.The dismutation of this complex to O2-free radical has also been investigated.The complexes showed a distinct 2O-· scavenging effect.
