摘要
我国农业保险发展比较缓慢,主要原因之一是农业保险各主体对风险的认知不足。农民参保意识薄弱,保险公司因害怕亏损不愿出售农业保险,虽然政府对农业保险重要性的认识有了较大的提高,还有待进一步深入认知。通过对政府出局时以及政府入局时农民与保险公司的博弈分析,提出了促使农业保险各主体良性互动的建议。
Abstract： Agricultural insurance has been developed slowly in China. One of the main reasons is insufficient cognition of the Parties in the Agricultural Insurance Market. Farmers do not want to buy agricultural insurance. Commercial insurance was afraid of losses and do not want to sell the agricultural insurance. The government has largely attached importance to the agricultural insurance, but he has no good policy implementation. By analyzing the games between farmers and insurance company when government is in the games and not, the suggestion is put to improve the relationship among the parties in the insurance market.
