摘要
将金融排斥理论首次应用到蓝色经济领域中,揭示蓝色经济领域存在金融排斥难题,从而反映了金融资源在蓝色经济领域内没有得到有效配置。要做大做强蓝色经济,就必须构建可持续的、多元化的蓝色经济金融支持体系,拓展"蓝色金融"服务于蓝色经济,增强蓝色经济对金融资源的吸纳度和集聚力,实现蓝色经济与金融的对接、融合。
this essay applied Financial Exclusion Theory to the field of blue economy firsdy, reveal Financial Exclusion problem existing in the field of the blue economy, reflecting the financial resources did not get effective configuration in the blue economic field. To become bigger and stronger blue economy, we must build a sustainable, a plurality of blue economy＂ s financial support system, expand the ＂blue financial＂ services in the blue economy, enhance the blue economy on financial resource absorption and agglomeration force, realize the integration of blue economy and finance.
