摘要
清朝对新疆的治理,虽然采用了"从俗从宜"的政策,但由于清王朝以儒家学说和传统法制为立国之本,因此,清朝治理新疆的政策和具体制度,也无不显现出中国传统法制结构的特征。
Although the policy of ＂conforming to local customs and circumstances＂ was adopted,the characteristics of the structure of the traditional legal institutions of China all without exception was manifested itself through the policy and specific system of the Qing Dynasty＇s government in Xinjiang.That＇s because the Qing Dynasty＇s government was supported on the basis of the Confucianists and the traditional legal institutions.
