摘要
通过对商洛学院外语系英语专业2009年和2010年毕业生就业情况的回顾和在校生的就业问卷调查,分析了该校毕业生就业难的现状和在校生对未来就业的期待,指出了改变这种现状的对策。一是高校要及时改革专业设置和人才培养模式,加强毕业生就业指导工作;二是要不断提高大学生综合素质和能力,转变就业观念,以适应我国当前社会经济发展对人才的需要。
The employment difficulties and expectations of college graduates are presented through the case of the The English major in 2009 and 2010 and the survey done among the current students in Shangluo University. suggested to change the situation are as follows： first, reforming the specialty and training pattern, and strengthening the employment guidance work for graduates in this kind of universities, second, constandy improving college students＂ comprehensive quality and ability, and changing their concepts about employment to suit the current social and economic development.
