摘要
采用环氧基硅烷(ESi)对双酚A型二氰酸酯树脂(BCE)进行改性,研究比较了当ESi的含量为BCE的6.0%时,改性体系的介电性能与纯BCE的介电性能随频率的变化关系,结果表明,环氧基硅烷的加入不仅降低了改性体的介电常数和介电损耗,而且在(10-50 MHz)的频率范围内相对稳定。
Biphenol A cyanate ester (BCE) was modified by epoxy group silane (ESi). The dielectric properties of BCE/ESi and pure BCE was studied when the content of ESi was 6.0wt%.The results are that the addition of ESi not only decreases the dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor but also the values were relatively stable between 10-50 MHz frequency.
