摘要
执行力,是指贯彻战略意图,实现预定目标的操作能力。执行力是企业竞争力的核心,是把企业战略、规划转化成为效益、成果的关键。企业执行力不足有管理者的执行力不足,管理制度不合理,激励机制效力弱及缺乏卓有价值且能认同的企业文化等多方面原因。如何提升企业的执行力已越来越为企业界所重视,作为企业战略实施的根本保障,培育执行力的关键应该从管理层建设、企业文化、制度制定、执行细节等方面入手,全方位强化执行力,最终实现增强企业的综合竞争力的目标。
