基于顶板探测研究的巷道支护参数设计

摘要 利用先进井下视频探测仪器,对巷道顶板进行探测研究,能直观准确地描述试验巷道煤层顶板赋存特征,得出顶板岩层的岩性及厚度情况,结合梅花井煤矿整体巷道围岩情况,为根据巷道围岩特性制定相应的支护参数提供更为直接的数据支持。同时,通过对巷道表面位移的监测统计,了解巷道表面位移随时间的变化规律,从而得出巷道围岩活动与支护参数之间的关系,对巷道的支护效果做出较客观的评价,消除巷道安全隐患,为巷道后期维护提供科学依据。 By using the advanced video equipment,the detection and research of the roadway roof can describe the occurrence characteristics of the tunnel coal seam roof intuitively and accurately,and also obtain the lithology and thickness of the roof strata.Then combining with the condition of the roadway surrounding rock in the whole of Meihuajing mine,can provide data directly for the corresponding support parameter which formulated according to the characteristics of surrounding rock.Meanwhile,through monitoring and counting the surface displacement of the roadway,we can understand the variation law of the roadway surface displacement with time,and obtain the relationship between the roadway activities and supporting parameters,then make a more objective evaluation to the supporting effect,eliminate the security risks of the roadway,and provide scientific basis for the later maintenance of the roadway.
