摘要
眼部黑色素细胞瘤属于良性色素痣，常发生于视乳头部，发牛于虹膜、睫状体或脉络膜者较罕见。虹膜睫状体黑色素细胞瘤可以导致继发性青光眼、白内障，在临床上容易误诊为黑色素瘤。现将北京协和医院1990至2010年诊治的3例蚵膜睫状体黑色素细胞瘤进行总结报道，并结合文献复习对该病的临床特点、诊断和治疗进行讨论。
