摘要
简要介绍了国内外临床医学图书馆员(CML)制度的实施情况,探讨了医院图书馆实施临床医学图书馆员制度及临床医学图书馆员开展学科化服务的方式。
After a brief description of the implementation of clinical medical librarian （CML） system in foreign countries and China, suggestions were put forward for implementation of CML system and the methods to provide subject service by CML in China.
