摘要
目的:探讨CT血管成像技术(CTA)在诊断闭合性隐匿性动脉损伤中的应用价值。方法:对9例CTA检查确诊有闭合性动脉损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:CTA检查均成功,9例患者诊断明确后均行手术治疗。术后损伤动脉血流通畅,血运正常。结论:CTA是诊断闭合性动脉损伤的方法之一;怀疑有闭合性动脉损伤者应行CTA检查;CTA对治疗有指导作用。
Objective： To assess computer tomography angiography（CTA） applied in clinical diagnosis of closed artery injury.Methods： A retrospective analysis was conducted in 9 cases of closed obscure artery injury who had been diagnosed by CTA.Results： CTA in all cases was done successfully.All of the 9 cases underwent surgical treatment after confirmed diagnosis.Blood flow was free and normal after operation in all cases.Conclusion： CTA is one of the methods of diagnosing closed artery injury,which should be performed if closed artery injury is suspected.CTA also plays a guiding role of clinical therapy.
