摘要
江苏竞技体育从改革前的"零"到目前311项次金牌的变化,30年打破了124项次世界纪录的经验是人材培养是根本、科技创新是基础、体制变迁是动力、科学管理是保证,但面对"进一步促进竞技体育和群众体育的共同发展,努力探索和实践中国特色体育发展之路,为发展壮大我国体育事业再立新功"的要求,应该是体育发展战略的软环境和硬环境的和谐发展,共存共建,硬环境建设的重点是保持与更新;软环境建设的重点是加快人的现代化、体育科技创新和制度现代化进程。
Jiangsu competitive sports from the pre-reform zero to the current 311 items changes in the gold medal,and the experience of to break the world record of 124 items in 30 years is that personnel training is fundamental,technology innovation is the foundation,institutional change is the motive force,scientific management is to ensure.But we will face the requirements that further promote the competitive sports and the mass sports in common development,and efforts to explore and practice of sports development road with Chinese characteristics,and make new contributions for the development and growth of Chinese sports.Sports development strategy of the soft and hard environment should be harmonious development,co-existence build.Emphasis of the hard environment is maintain and update,and emphasis of the soft environment is speed up the modernization of people,Sports science and technology innovation and institutional modernization process.
