摘要
批量生产过程在现代工业生产过程中已占有愈发重要的地位。早期的批量控制器已无法满足批量生产过程的需要。在简要介绍ISA S88标准中所定义的适用于批量生产的相关术语的基础之上,以某生产活性剂的精细化工装置作为实例,结合Simatic Batch在该生产中实现配方的具体应用,了解基于ISA S88标准的DCS批量控制软件更适用于在精细化工装置上实现批量控制。
Batch production has played important role in modern industrial activities.But early batch controllers have been unable to reach the requirements in batch production process.In this article,based on the introduction of terminologies defined and used in the standard ISA S88,exampled with the fine chemical plant for the production of active agent and combined with the application of Simatic Batch to realize recipe in the production,it was stated that ISA S88 based DCS batch controller is more suitable to the realization of batch control in fine chemical plant.
