血液透析患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平检测的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血液透析患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)测定的临床价值。方法将63例血液透析患者按有无并发症分为2组,透析无并发症组(32例)及透析合并并发症组(31例),另选择健康体检者30例(对照组)。分别对3组进行血清Hcy水平的测定。结果 2个血液透析组患者血清Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);透析合并并发症组的Hcy水平高于透析无并发症组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者血清Hcy水平明显升高;血清Hcy水平与血液透析患者病情严重程度及并发症间有高度的相关性。 ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of serum homocysteine(Hcy) detection in hemodialysis patients.MethodsA total of 63 hemodialysis patients were categorized into two groups: uncomplicated(n=32) and complicated(n=31).Furthermore,30 healthy individuals served as the control.The levels of serum Hcy were detected in all three groups.ResultsThe levels of Hcy in hemodialysis patients were significantly higher than those in control subjects(P0.01).Moreover,the levels of Hcy in complicated group were obviously higher than those in uncomplicated group(P0.05).ConclusionThe levels of serum Hcy in hemodialysis patients significantly increase and is obviously correlated with the severity of the disease and the related complications.
