摘要
以赣江一级支流锦江流域为例,建立了控制单元内水环境容量总量分配方案模型,遵循"流域-区域、流域-子流域(支流)、流域-排污口(直排口)"的分配思路,根据流域具体情况,确定了水环境容量总量分配原则,对各控制单元的COD水环境容量总量进行分配,并采用合理性指数对不同分配方案进行评估,得出各个控制单元COD容量总量分配的推荐方案和备选方案。研究成果为该流域COD容量总量控制规划的制定提供了科学依据。
Water environmental capacity distribution based on control unit and total environmental capacity distribution suhemc in control unit have significance to the work of pollutant reduction in a basin. As a case study in Jinjiang River Basin, a iirsl - grade branch of the Ganjiang River, following the distribution approach of " basin to district, basin to sub - basin ( branch ) , ba- sin to sewage discharge outlet (direct discharge outlet)" and certain distribution principles, total amount of water environmental capacity of COD is distributed based on control unit according to concrete condition of the basin. The rationality of the distribution schemes are evaluated using rationality index and the recommended and alternative schemes are determined for COD capacity distribution in each control unit.
