摘要
本实验研究了杉木CTMP过氧化氢漂白的各个工艺条件,即H2O2用量、NaOH用量、Na2SiO3用量、MgSO4用量、温度和反应时间对纸浆白度和返黄值(P.C.值)的影响。结果表明,H2O2用量和NaOH用量是影响纸浆白度和返黄值的主要因素;杉木CTMP过氧化氢漂白的最佳工艺条件为:H2O2用量6%,NaOH用量2%,Na2SiO3用量2%,MgSO4用量0.4%,温度80℃,时间2h。在此条件下,纸浆白度达到62.4%ISO,P.C.值为1.42;与原浆相比,抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高了31%、16%和21%。
The purpose of this paper is to show the influence of various parameters on the result of China fir CTMP bleaching with hydrogen peroxide. The parameters are H2O2 dosage, NaOH dosage, NazSiO3 dosage, MgSQ dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time. The results showed that HzO2dosage and NaOH dosage were the main two factors affecting the brightness and its stability; the optimal bleaching conditions were H2O2 6% , NaOH 2% , Na2SiO3 2% , MgSO4 0.4% , temperature 80℃ , reaction time 2h. At the optimal conditions, pulp brightness can reach 62.4% ISO and the P. C. number is 1.42;the tensile index, tearing index and burst index increase by 31%, 16%, 21%, respectively.
