摘要
以数字化工艺卡片为研究对象,在已知成型特征类型的前提下,提出一种新的面向三维工序模型重建的成型特征识别与参数提取方法。首先对工序图进行连通域的划分,然后采用最小转角法从连通域中提取成型特征的轮廓线,并与预定义特征进行匹配,对于标准类特征采用编码法进行特征识别,随后进行尺寸标注识别,从中提取出成型特征的特征参数,重建成型特征的三维模型。最后,开发了原型系统,并进行了应用验证。
Taking digital process planning sheets as research object, a new method of forming feature recognition and parameter extraction for 3D process model reconstruction was proposed under the premise of the known forming feature type. Firstly, 2D process drawing was divided into several connected domains. Then, the contour of forming feature was extracted from the connected domain with the method of the minimum revolving angle, and matched with the predefined feature. For the standard feature, it can be recognized with the encoding method. Then the parameters of forming feature which have been recog- nized were extracted from dimension markings, and the 3 D model of forming feature can be reconstructed. Finally, a prototype system was developed and the method was verified.
