一种低中频宽带跨导电容带通滤波器设计

摘要 基于TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,采用七阶低通butterworth滤波器和六阶高通butter-worth滤波器级联,设计实现了一款适用于北斗二号卫星导航接收机的中频带通滤波器。仿真结果表明,滤波器中心频率为15MHz,带宽为21MHz,阻带抑制率大于30dB,带内波纹小于1dB,工作电压1.8V,滤波器消耗总电流为6mA,性能满足卫星接收机设计要求。 A wideband band - pass IF filter for the BD - II satellite navigation receiver was presented based on TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process by the cascade of the seven - order low pass butterworth filter and six - order high - pass butterworth filter. Simulation results show that the center frequency of the filter is 15 MHz, the filter bandwidth is 21 MHz, stop -band rejection ratio greater than 30dB, in -band ripple is less than ldB, and the filter dissipates 6 mA of power from a 1.8V supply. The performance of the filter can meet the need of the Satellite navigation receiver.
