摘要
采用萃取-比浊法测定微生物的疏水比例,研究硝化细菌和反硝化细菌在不同的pH值、温度、生长周期时的疏水性;考察煤粉吸附不同疏水比例的微生物后,煤泥悬浮液Zeta电位和沉降特性的变化。结果表明:不同菌种疏水比例有较大差异,活性硝化细菌的疏水比例>90%,衰亡期细胞溶解,疏水比例显著下降,反硝化细菌的疏水比例<20%;生长条件对细菌疏水性的影响依次为pH值、温度、灭活,菌种不同,变化规律不同。煤泥悬浮液ξ电位研究表明硝化细菌优先于矿物吸附煤表面。两种菌群都有生物絮凝作用。
The extraction-turbidimetry was used to determine hydrophobic percentage of microorganisms,the hydrophobic property of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria with different pH value,temperature and growth cycle were studied,meanwhile,the variation of coal suspension Zeta potential and sedimentation features after coal powder absorbed different hydrophobic percentage of microorganisms were researched.It is shown that hydrophobic percentage of various strains are different.The hydrophobic percentage of active nitrifying bacteria is more than 90%,but it significantly decreases in the decline phase of cells.While,the hydrophobic percentage of denitrifying bacteria is less than 20%.Growth conditions on the influence of the bacteria hydrophobic in turn are pH value,temperature,and inactivated,its change rules are different to various strains.The study on coal suspension ξ potential proves that the absorption of nitrifying bacteria on coal surface is prior to minerals.Nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria both have biological flocculation effect on coal suspension.
