局部亚低温联合高压氧治疗急性期大面积脑梗死39例疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨早期局部亚低温联合高压氧治疗急性期大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 2004年1月～2010年12月我院收治的急性期大面积脑梗死患者76例,随机分为两组,亚低温组(39例)采用早期头颈部亚低温联合高压氧及常规内科治疗等措施;常温组(37例)采用常规内科治疗,观察神经功能恢复情况,比较两组治疗15 d后的Kurtzke神经功能障碍量表(EDSS)评分情况。结果亚低温组有效率(82.7%)明显高于常温组(62.6%),亚低温组效果优于常温组,差异有统计学意义(u=3.828,P=0.000)。结论早期头部亚低温联合高压氧治疗急性期大面积脑梗死临床疗效明显。
