摘要
教育部于2007年提出了实施高校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的意见(通称"质量工程"),首次把教学团队的建设作为"质量工程"的重点建设项目之一,教学团队的建设得到了人们的重视。党的教育方针是团队建设的统领,团队协作精神是团队建设的纽带,团队自身建设是团队建设的重点。
Ministry of Education put forward several opinions of teaching quality in undergraduate course and teaching reform project,firstly take teaching building as one of key construction terms in quality project,then teaching team construction has received attention.This paper major explains that the education principle of the Party over the teaching team construction,team spirit is ties of team development,the team itself building is emphasis.
