支架治疗出血性大脑后动脉单纯夹层一例
摘要
患者男，48岁。闪突发头痛5d，外院CT提示脚间池、环池偏右侧蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）（图1a），遂因“大脯后动脉灾层”于2009年2月26日入住第二军医大学长海医院神经外科。既往无高血压、糖尿病及外伤史。Hunt—Hess分级为I级。外院行DSA榆查，显爪右侧大脑后动脉P1段夹层，
