摘要
该试验以奶牛粪为主要发酵原料,在批式发酵的基础上进行连续试验。研究了干发酵的起动方式,同时探讨了发酵原料、浓度、接种量、C/N比、pH值等因子对产气的影响。结果表明在发酵原料C/N为19.8,TS为25%,接种量为30%的条件下,采用先批式后连续的起动方式效果良好。池容产气率最高达0.5 m3.m-3d-1.
With diary manure for raw materials, the semi-continuous anaerobic digestion experiments based on sequencing hatch were carried out. The start-up of dry fermentation were studied. The impact factor of biogas production such as raw materials, concentration,inoculation concentration, C/N, pH were discussed. The results showed that the suitable condition for anaerobic digestion is C/N 19. 8, TS 25%, inoculation concentration 30%. The maximum volumetric biogas yield is 0.5 m^3 .m^-3d^-1.
