摘要
文章采用问卷调查的方法,对中小企业内部控制的建立及实施情况进行了研究。通过问卷结果分析了当前中小企业内部控制的现状,并在此基础上提出了完善我国中小企业内部控制的建议。
In this paper,internal control in small andmedium enterprises in the establishment and implementation were studied by survey.Through the questionnaire results, this article analyzed current status of SMEs internal control.Based on this, this article proposed suggestions of consummating SMEs internal controls.
