摘要
以未出土或出土未展叶的芽苗作砧木,保留1片完整叶的半木质化绿枝作接穗,进行澳洲坚果芽砧嫁接育苗试验,嫁接成活率达95%以上;并从嫁接前准备、嫁接、嫁接后的管理、定植、芽砧嫁接苗的推广应用价值等5个方面进行阐述。
Taking the buds in the land or came up without leaves as the rootstocks,retaining the semi-lignified green branch with a complete leaf as the cion,the macadamia buds rootstocks graft and seedling culture technology experiment was conducted,graft survival rate was up to over 95%;this technology was expounded from the 5 aspects of the preparation before graft,grafting,the anagement,planting and the grafted seedlings promotion and application value after grafting.
