摘要
以银杏根蘖苗为插条,使用不同浓度的ABT生根粉1号,分别采用粘浆法和速蘸法处理插条,进行银杏扦插繁殖试验设。结果表明:ABT生根粉1号500 mg.L-1速蘸处理的成活率达98.38%,比对照高37.59%;发根数量3~6条和7条以上的扦插苗达96%,是对照的5倍;2年生苗木平均高度为63.4 cm,高于对照36.34%。其次是ABT生根粉1号250mg.L-1速蘸处理的成活率为97.15%,比对照高35.87%;发根数量3~6条和7条以上的为80%,是对照的4倍;2年生苗木平均高度为60.0 cm,高于对照29.03%。
Different concentrations of ABT 1 rooting powder had been used to deal with the cutting branches of Ginkgo biloba for the test of cutting propagation.The results showed that:the survival rate with the treatment of 500mg·L-1 of ABT 1 rooting powder was up to 98.38%,with a 37.59% higher than the control;rooting volume was 3-6,above 7 up to 96%,the average height of 2 years old of seedlings was 63.4 cm,with a 5 times and 36.34% higher than the control,respectively.Secondly,Survival rate with the treatment of 250mg·L-1 of ABT 1 rooting powder was up to 97.15%,with a 35.87% higher than the control;rooting volume was 3-6,above 7 up to 80%,the average height of 2 years old of seedlings was 60.0cm,with a 4 times and 29.03% higher than the control,respectively.
