摘要
对11年生湿加松子代测定林4个年份的家系生长数据进行分析,结果表明:不同家系间存在较大的遗传差异。树高、胸径和材积性状的家系遗传力分别为0.15~0.29、0.29~0.53和0.18~0.33;单株遗传力分别为0.03~0.06、0.06~0.19和0.03~0.08。11年生通直度的家系及单株遗传力分别为0.33和0.07。pearson相关分析表明,同一性状年度间极显著相关,说明早期选择有一定效果。根据年度间生长趋势及11年生材积,初选出12个优良家系及40个单株,与对照相比,家系预测增益为6.66%~8.97%、单株预测增益为14.20%~15.49%。
Four years long growth traits of 11-year-old progeny test plantation of Pinus elliottii × P.caribaea were analyzed.The results showed that significant genetic differences were existed in families.The family heritability of height,DBH and stem volume were 0.15~0.29,0.29~0.53 and 0.18~0.33 respectively;the individual heritability of corresponding traits were 0.03~0.06,0.06~0.19 and 0.03~0.08 respectively.The straightness family and individual heritability of stem at age 11 were 0.33 and 0.07 respectively.The analysis of pearson correlation indicated that the same trait in different ages had high correlations,from which we could infer that there was a certain efficiency for early selection.According to the growth trend of different ages and volume of age 11,12 superior families,as well as 40 individuals,were selected for future application.Comparing with the controls,the genetic gains of selected families/individuals ranged from 6.66% /14.2% to 8.97%/15.49%.
