摘要
根据1602字符型液晶显示器的控制原理和功能要求,基于Xilinx公司Spartan 3系列FPGA控制芯片,采用硬件描述语言,设计了一种LCD控制电路系统。利用ISE软件对该控制器进行综合实现,并采用ModelSim SE 6.0进行仿真测试。结果表明,该系统控制电路能够实现液晶显示控制功能,且控制灵活、可靠性高。
According to the principle and requirement of 1602-character liquid crystal display(LCD),an LCD control circuit was designed with HDL based on XC3S400 FPGA of Xilinx,which was synthesized with Xilinx ISE Design Suite 10.1.The circuit was simulated and tested with ModelSim SE.Results indicated that the proposed LCD control system based on FPGA functioned properly and flexibly with high reliability.
