摘要
目的:从广西眼镜蛇毒中分离出Natrin蛋白。方法:广西眼镜蛇毒经Sephadex G75凝胶、CM Sepharose CL-6B离子交换层析及FPLC mono-S柱层析分离纯化出Natrin蛋白。结果:从广西眼镜蛇蛇毒中分离纯化得到的Natrin蛋白,经SDS-PAGE电泳测定其分子量为25ku,质谱测定其分子量为24.937ku,测得其N端的序列为NVDFNSESTRRKKKQKEIVD,C端的序列为NIKK。结论:从广西眼镜蛇毒中分离出纯的Natrin蛋白组分。
Objective:To isolate and purify Natrin from Guangxi cobra venom.Methods:The Natrin from Guangxi cobra venom was sequentially purified by Sephasex G75gel,CM-sepharose CL-6B ion exchange chromatography and Mono S column chromatography on FPLC system.Results:The Natrin purified from Guangxi cobra venom tested by SDS-PAGE and proved its molecular weight was 24.937 ku and it's N-terminal acid sequence was NVDFNSESTRRKKKQKEIVD and C-terminal acid sequence was NIKK.Conclusion:Natrin can be obtained by gel filtration and ionexchange.
