2005～2008年南漳县孕检人群HIV流行情况分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:了解2005～2008年南漳县孕检人群HIV感染状况和流行趋势,为制定预防艾滋病母婴传播对策提供科学依据。方法:采集所有孕检妇女血样标本,由各助产机构HIV抗体检测初筛室用ELISA法进行初筛检测,复筛阳性及可疑血清送县CDC复检,由省CDC进行确诊。结果:2005～2008年共检测孕产妇血样18 080份,检出HIV抗体阳性15例。结论:2005～2008年南漳县孕产妇HIV感染者正在逐年增加,呈上升趋势,加强孕产妇孕期HIV检测是预防艾滋病母婴传播最重要的环节。
