环境温度变化对柴油机本体传热量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用GT-POWER软件对柴油机进行气缸内工作过程仿真,模拟计算柴油机在不同工况下的传热状况,通过柴油机热平衡试验对仿真模型进行了校核;研究了环境温度变化对柴油机传热的影响,并分析其变化规律,为研制对环境变化有良好适应性的柴油机和冷却系统的设计提供了参考依据。 GT-POWER software was used to simulate the working process of the diesel engine and calculate the heat transfer conditions at different conditions;the heat balance test was done to check the simulation model;the influence on the heat transfer conditions of diesel engine of the variable ambient temperature was further studied,and analyzed its regularity.The gist would be provided to develop the diesel engine which would have better adaptation to variable ambient and design the intelligent cooling system.
