摘要
新型8240ZD/ZC型发电和船用柴油机是在240系列柴油机的成熟技术的基础之上,同时借鉴国内外成熟柴油机的先进技术开发研制的。文中介绍了8240ZD/ZC型柴油机的设计指导思想、主要技术参数、总体设计结构以及8240ZD/ZC型柴油机的台架试验情况。试验情况表明8240ZD/ZC型柴油机设计开发是成功的,达到了预期设计目标,现已小批量生产。
New-type 8240ZD/ZC generator diesel engine and marine diesel engine,which are on the basis of the mature technology of 240 series diesel engine,are developed by absorbing the mature and advanced technology of diesel engine at home and abroad.The paper introduces the design guidelines,the main technical parameters,and overall design structure of the 8240ZD/ZC diesel engine as well as its bench testament.The test demonstrates that the design and development of the 8240ZD/ZC diesel engine is successful,because it reaches up to the expected aim,now this type diesel engine has been produced in a small volume.
