摘要
2010-2012年三年间,广东省要建成珠三角绿道网。它的建设背景是落实科学发展观的具体社会建构工程;建设过程体现了区域低碳创新系统的整合构建;建设成果反映出区域低碳经济发展模式的创新之路。
From 2010-2012,Guangdong Province intends to build green road net in Pearl River Delta. The construction is the result of the application of social construction engineering based on the outlook of scientific development. The construction process presents the idea of integral construction of regional lowcarbon creative system.
