摘要
由于橡胶磨损机理与摩擦机理之间密切相关,因此,对橡胶摩擦机理及其规律的了解将有助于深入了解橡胶磨损机理。在运用高分子材料粘弹性理论对橡胶在点接触下摩擦机理和规律研究后发现:橡胶点接触时摩擦机理是撕裂;摩擦力随时间周期性变化;摩擦系数随压头锥角和法向载荷增大而减小。
Because the abrasive mechanism of rubber is closely related with the frictional mechanism, it would be a great help to understand deeply the abrasive mechanism of rubber to study the frictional mechanism of rubber by point contact. With the visco-elasticity theory of high polymer, it has been found that rupture is the frictional mechanism of rubber by point contact, the frictional force varied with time periodically, and the frictional coefficient was decreased with the normal load and angle of taper increased.
