摘要
汽车变速器齿轮加工精度在上决定了变速器的性能与质量,为此有必要进行汽车变速器齿轮刀具的工艺研究,本论文重点结合汽车变速器齿轮的加工特点对齿轮加工刀具进行了工艺改进研究,首先分析了齿轮加工工艺及流程,在此基础上系统分析了齿轮加工过程中滚刀轴的受力情况,并针对滚刀轴的受力情况有针对性地探讨了齿轮刀具加工工艺的改善与提高措施,给出了具体的齿轮刀具加工工艺改进措施和方法,对于进一步提高和改进汽车变速器齿轮刀具加工工艺的应用水平具有较好的指导和借鉴意义。
The precision of automotive transmission gears fundamentally determines the transmission performance and quality,for which it is necessary to research the technique of the automotive transmission gear tools,and this paper focused on the processing characteristics of the transmission gear cutting tools.Firstly,the technique and processing of manufacturing gear were analyzed,of which on the basis of analysis,the force of the gear hob axis that existed in process was pointed out,and some improvement and enhance measures that aimed at the force of the gear hob axis were discussed in detail,and the specific gear cutting tools and methods of process improvement measures were analyzed finally.All this work is significative for enhancing the automobile transmission gear cutting tools processing and technique.
