摘要
"订单式"人才培养模式是近年来我国职业技术教育中产生的一种新的人才培养模式,特点是校企合作培养人才,达到多方利益的最大化。而目前,大多院校的"订单式"人才培养模式只注意量的多少,却忽视了订单的水平、订单的质量,特别对于"订单式"人才培养模式的运行机制、配套的管理机制、注意事项、存在问题等的探讨不多,最终导致了订单的效果差,严重挫伤了企业和学生的积极性。文中在高职教育实施"订单式"人才培养模式存在的问题的基础上,深入剖析其原因,并从人才培养模式的运行机制、配套的管理机制入手。
"Order-Mode" is a new personnel training mode, occurad in our country's technology education. The character is school-enterprise cooperation, achieve the maximization of interests. But at present, most of colleges and universities "Order-Mode" only pay attention to quantity, ignored the order level, the quality of orders, especially for" order type" talents training mode to run a mechanism, supporting the management mechanism, the matters needing attention, the problems of not much, eventually led to the order of low effect, contused badly the enterprise and the en- thusiasm of the students. In this paper, the implementation of "order type" of higher vocational education personnel training mode on the basis of the existing problems, in-depth analysis of its causes, and from personnel training mode to run a mechanism, supporting the management mechanism, puts forward some corresponding strategies.
