摘要
目前,国内各个流域实行的水库调度主要以防洪调度和兴利调度为主,生态因子并没有充分考虑,一些流域出现诸多生态问题。生态调度作为解决因水库调度出现的生态问题的一个重要途径,是在保证人类基本需求的条件下,将生态因子纳入传统调度方式中,修复和维系生态系统。国内外在生态调度方面已进行了广泛的研究和实践,在大量查阅国内外生态调度研究文献的基础上,对生态调度研究情况进行系统总结,探讨生态调度研究面临的关键问题,并提出生态调度研究技术路线,以期为相关研究提供一定参考价值。
At present, the domestic reservoir operation is mainly for flood controlling anti promoting benefits, which ecological factors are not fully considered in. Then many ecological problems are appeared in some basins. Ecological regulation is the regulation mode which the ecological factors are one aspect to be emphatically considered. The initial needs for human being can be responded in ecological regulation can while protecting the watershed ecosystem- Ecological regulation is one of important ways that solve the ecological issue caused by reservoir operation- In this paper, based on the overview of domestic and foreign literatures about ecological regulation research, systematic summary of ecological regulation is presented and key problems in ecologi- cal regulation are discussed. Finally the technology roadmap for ecological regulation research is proposed in order to throw some new light on further research and practice on ecological regulation.
