摘要
蚕豆受氟化氢污染后,叶片含氟量与硝酸还原酶活性呈显著负相关,总氮含量也明显下降.叶绿素a、b含量下降.叶片亚细胞器也受到破坏.叶片边缘和尖端出现典型的褐色坏死伤斑,造成蚕豆产量和品质下降.
After vicia faba was polluted by HF, there was a notable negative correlation between the fluorine content and the activity of nitrate reductase in the leaves. The total nitrogen content also decreased obviously. In leaves contents of chlorophyll a and b dropped. Subcellular organelles in leaves were also destroyed. The typical brown necroses appeared at edges and peaks ofleaves, and then yield and quality of vicia faba dropped.
