概述了我国主要、最重要金矿类型和主要成矿时代，论述了我国贫太古代绿岩带金矿，分析了排山楼金矿和沃溪金矿的地质、成因和成矿时代等有关问题，阐释了我国脉型金矿的成矿地球动力学环境、金矿脉、金矿包络脉、脉型金矿类型、金矿成矿深度和金矿体分段富集等有关问题。
