摘要
以断乳小鼠为研究对象,通过对采食不同剂量的蛋黄粉的断乳小鼠的心、肾重量和指数,HE染色后对其心脏和肾脏的病理切片观察和肾脏功能的血肌酐的检测。结果发现,采食蛋黄粉没有对小鼠心脏构成病理影响;而采食高剂量的蛋黄粉引起了小鼠肾脏的病理变化,并且也导致了血肌酐浓度的升高。
In this article,the effect on weight and index of the viscera,pathological observation on the section of viscera and blood serum Scr of mice fed with the different dosage of yolk powder of duck＇s egg were studied.The result showed that the heart of mice wasn＇t affected by the large dosage of yolk powder of duck＇s egg.But the kidney was caused the pathological change and Scr concentration increased at same time.
