摘要
废热锅炉是合成氨装置的主要设备之一,一次发现的第一废热锅炉泄漏,公司紧急停车,打开设备发现两台均有一根外管泄漏,漏点在外管管帽底部。将泄漏原因分析,按分析情况进行重新修复,达到预期使用效果。
The primary waste heat boiler is a main equipment of synthesis ammonia device. After running, it was to be found a great possibility of waste leakage. The company emergency stopped working, opened the device, which had an outer tube with two leakages at out the bottom tube cap. The device was firstly put into use. So, analysis for reason of the burst pipe and restoring as circumstances had been done, expectation effect had being achieved.
