摘要
介绍了一种在染色机温度控制系统中采用智能模糊控制的设计方法.设计中,利用温度补偿减少控制系统时间滞后的影响;采用分块控制方法,在目标温度附近使用模糊控制.并且,在智能的模糊控制基础上,制定出模糊控制查询表,并将其存入PLC的文件寄存器中.
This paper has presented a destgn method of intelligent fuzzy control in temperature control system in the dyeing machine. In the design, the temperature compensation is applied to reduce the influence of the delay of the control time; the zone control method is used and fuzzy control is used only near the target temperature. What＇s more, based on the intelligent fuzzy control, the fuzzy control query table is made, and these values are stored into PLC＇s file registers.
