摘要
针对所开发的实验教学设备,研制了集运动学、动力学参数测试分析和理论仿真的通用性测试系统.通过测量输入功率、切削阻力和位移等参量,为研究机械效率、机械速度波动和机械振动等性能提供客观真实的依据.以AVR单片机为主控芯片结合计算机技术,通过数据采集系统和测试软件控制系统完成对各性能参数的动态测试.试验与仿真分析表明了系统构造的设计技术方案是可行的.
For the experimental teaching equipment, has developed a set of kinematic and kinetic parameters testing analysis, theoretical simulation of the universal testing system. Through testing input power, cutting resistance, displacement and other parameters,provide a basis of objective truth for the research of the mechanical efficiency, mechanical speed fluctuation, mechanical vibration and other properties. Taking the AVR single- chip microcomputer as the master chip and to combine computer technology, we have completed dynamic testing of the various performance parameters through the data acquisition system and the testing software control system. Experiment and simulation analysis show that design technology program of the system construction is feasible.
