摘要
[目的]研究玉米秸秆碎料板的制造技术。[方法]以大豆蛋白-丙烯酸酯复合乳液、单板和玉米秸秆为材料,制作了0.700、.80和0.85 g/cm3 3种密度的板材,探讨不同施胶量对板材性能的影响。[结果]当施胶量为14%,预设密度为0.80 g/cm3时,板材力学性能综合效果最好。[结论]该研究为玉米秸秆的综合利用提供了新的途径。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the manufacturing technology of corn stalk particle board.[Method] With soybean protein-acrylate composite emulsion,veneers and corn stalk as materials,particle boards with different densities(0.70,0.80 and 0.85 g/cm3) were manufactured.Effects of different glue consumption on board properties were discussed.[Result] Under the manufacturing parameters of glue consumption 14 %,board density 0.80 g/cm3,the board mechanical properties were the best.[Conclusion] The paper provided a new way for the comprehensive utilization of corn stalk.
