愈骨胶囊加速实验性骨折愈合的作用及机理 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察愈骨胶囊对新西兰兔桡骨骨折愈合的影响及机理。方法将实验动物随机分成模型组、愈骨胶囊组和接骨七厘片组,造成骨折模型后,口服给药6周,于第2、4、6周进行X射线拍照,双能X线骨密度仪测定骨密度(BMD)和骨矿(BMC),紫外-可见分光光度计测定血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)。结果 X线片检查显示,愈骨胶囊组骨痂形成、骨愈合程度良好。与接骨七厘片组和模型组比较,术后第4周愈骨胶囊组的BMC和血清Ca含量有显著差异;术后第6周愈骨胶囊组的BMD和BMC,血清P含量和Ca、P乘积有显著差异。结论愈骨胶囊能加速实验兔骨折愈合,其作用机理可能与促进钙盐沉积有关。 Objective: To explore the effect and the mechanism of Yugu Capsule on radial fracture healing in rabbit.Methods: 54 experimental rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: the blank control group,the Yugu Capsule group and the Jieguqili Tables group.These models were given oral administration for 6 weeks.The X-ray photography for these models were in the 2nd,the 4th and the 6th week.The bone mineral density(BMD) and bone mineral content(BMC) were examination by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.The contents of Ca,P and ALP in the serum were detected by the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.Results: From the X-ray films,the porosis and the healing were well in the Yugu Capsule.Comparing with the blank control group and the Jieguqili Tables group,the BMC level and the Ca content were higher significancly at the 4th week after operation.In the 6th week,there were some statistical differences among these groups in the BMD,the BMC,the serum P level and the value of Ca*P.Conclusion: Yugu Capsule can accelerate bone fracture healing in rabbits by promoting calcium deposition.
