摘要
资源型城市的发展是我国经济社会发展的重要动力。然而资源型城市自身存在的资源匮乏、甚至枯竭,致使城市发展各种矛盾凸显。本文在研究资源枯竭型城市转型可行模式基础上,以国家首批确定的资源枯竭型城市———甘肃省白银市为例,分析"白银模式"推进其城市转型的经验与启示,以此对同类资源枯竭型城市转型提供借鉴。
The development of China＇s resource-based city is an important driving force for the nation＇s economic and social development.However,the short of resources,even dried up causes many problems in resource-based city.The study focuses on the transformation mode for the resources exhausted city,given the example of Baiyin City,which is one of first identify resource-exhausted city in China,studying the ＂Baiyin mode＂ and share the experiences on how to push transformation in resource-based cities.
