摘要
对秦川黄牛皮用酶法脱毛新工艺试制鞋面革做了试验研究。通过方案对比、正交试验及扫描电镜分析等 科学方法,分别对浸水预处理、脱毛方案、脱毛工艺参数、鞣制方法及复鞣方案进行了优化试验研究,确 定了浸水酶助浸水、1398蛋白酶脱毛、灰碱处理、多金属结合鞣制及栲胶与树脂类复鞣填充的配 套工艺。
In order to eliminate the pollution of sodium sulfide, we studied the enzyme unhairing process in making cattlehide upper leather from domestic Qinchuan wet salted hide. Through the contrast plan, orthogonal experiments and scanning electron microscope research etc., we engaged in the optimum research for the degrees of unhairing protreatment, the choosing of the different unhairing plan, technological parame- ters, tanning methods and retanning plan. And the processing route of enzyme soaking, 1398 enzyme un- hairing, liming, the Cr, Al, Zr complex combined tanning and retanning with vegetable extract and resin tannin was settled.
