摘要
在分析了软件项目管理体系和CMM3标准的基础上，提出了一个符合CMM3标准的软件项目管理模型。它是一个适用于中小软件企业的通用型软件项目管理模型，模型从上至下分为4层：公司方针、管理目标层、管理支持层和开发实现层。管理支持层为中间层，管理目标层的所有意图都是通过它传达到开发实现层的。过程裁减是管理模型的重要实践方法，不同的项目有不同的需求，只有通过对管理模型进行适当裁减，不同软件项目的软件过程才能清晰定义。
In the analysis of software project management system and CMM3 standards proposed on the basis of a line CMM3 standard software project management model.It is a small software enterprises for general-purpose software project management model,the model is divided into four layers from top to bottom：company policy, management, the target layer, management layer and development to support implementation layer.Management support layer for the middle layer, all layers of management objectives are intended to achieve by it communicated to the development level.Process management model reduction is an important practice methods,different projects have different needs,and only through an appropriate reduction of the management model,different software projects in a process to be clearly defined.
